A foundational visit focused alloted for 60 minuteson understanding your child’s full health picture while collaboratively creating a personalized care plan with parents.

Recommended for first-time lab reviews, re-establishing care, or reviewing multiple complex lab markers and symptoms in greater detail.

This is for patients that are not currently established within Wildly Well that are interested in weight loss, peptide, or currently on hormone replacement therapy that they would like to be managed.

Insurance Information
I currently operate as a fully cash-pay practice and do not submit insurance claims directly.
Patients may request a superbill to independently submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on their insurance plan.
I also accept:

I encourage patients to contact their insurance provider directly regarding out-of-network benefits and reimbursement eligibility.
